Hey guys!!! Big news, I'm going online with my personal training! If this peaks your interest... keep reading. If not, you should still keep reading because maybe I can convince you otherwise.
To kick off my new journey I'll be starting a last 100 days of the year group. We will start September 23rd and have 100 days of workouts to finish off this awesome year we've had! I say "group" but you will be able to do these workouts where ever with whomever you want. At home, in the gym, in the park, in your pj's, in your sports bra, in your swimsuit.. honestly it doesn't matter but you will have a group to help hold you accountable.
This group will become your tribe. I will become your coach. And everyone together will dominate these last 100 days.

100 at home 30 minute workouts (you just need a pair of dumbbells & a mat)
