Ok, just so you know, I'm not a huge meatball girl... nor am I a huge meat kind of girl.
I typically stick to chicken, shrimp, and salmon but once a week, I'll cook something with turkey meat, you know for my man because poor guy actaully likes meat and I never have it in the house.
I made these meatballs one night because I was feeling frisky and WOW. I mean I could have eaten all of them they were so good.
So, if you're a chicken & fish kind of girl, don't knock these just yet! Seriously, I didn't think I'd love them as much as I do and even my 2 year old eats them!
