Ok, just so you know, I'm not a huge meatball girl... nor am I a huge meat kind of girl.

I typically stick to chicken, shrimp, and salmon but once a week, I'll cook something with turkey meat, you know for my man because poor guy actaully likes meat and I never have it in the house.

I made these meatballs one night because I was feeling frisky and WOW. I mean I could have eaten all of them they were so good.

So, if you're a chicken & fish kind of girl, don't knock these just yet! Seriously, I didn't think I'd love them as much as I do and even my 2 year old eats them!

Ingredients:

1 package of ground turkey

1 cup Organic Plain Bread Crumbs

1/2 cup Parmasen Cheese

2 eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)

2/3 cup fresh chopped parsley (optional)

1 cup of BBQ sauce (Primal Kitchen brand)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients (except BBQ sauce) in a large bowl and mix just until combined.

2. Divide meat mixture into 1″ meatballs and roll into balls.

Oven directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper & place meatballs on sheet.

3. Bake for 28-30 minutes or just until cooked. (Do not overbake)

Air Fryer Directions:

Cook for 7-10 mins on 400 in a single layer in air fryer basket (shaking halfway through).

BBQ sauce time:

Remove meatballs from oven or air fryer.

Heat up BBQ sauce in pan.

Place meatballs in pan and flip a few times until fully coated.

Remove and ENJOY!
